Grafitti wars are par for the course. Many, if not most, of the walls in and about Cochabamba are covered either in product advertisements or or political statements.
This is an example of anti-Evo Morales grafitti. The 2/3 is a political statement. I’m prepping a post detailing these more thoroughly.
In response, pro-Evo Morales grafitti artists will turn the 2/3 into an 8/8 or will otherwise deface the original statement.

I’m quite cool and dandy with the process, except I suspect the wall owners are not compensated for the use of their plaster canvas. Sigh.

I vote as a libertarian influenced by Hayek and Burke, and I think as an anarchist guided by the biblical principles of liberty. I have fenced foil in a diaper-suit and run for political office in a skirt-suit, but my shoes were always fabulous. Both dreadful politics and inspiring design are likely to make me teary.
